Have you seen any recent bee gee's concerts on pbs or anything? Its kinda sad. The leader singer can't hit the high notes very well anymore so the songs aren't nearly as well performed now.

First thing to go when a performer gets old is his voice. I loved the movie Saturday Night Fever - great Bee Gee songs in that one.

Bee gees are awesome. They have some great music, but still. As they get older, its just harder to listen too. I like dan fogelberg better - ole lang syne is my favorite.

A great trio of talenetd songwriters/performers with incredible voices. I first heard them in the sixties with the quirky piano melody hit Spicks and Specks but songs like Massachutesets, World, and Words were great songs. Reinventing themselves in the disco era didn't really work for me, but they collected a new bunch of fans. Born in the UK, they migrated to Australia as kids and started there before becoming international stars. maurice died of a heart attack a while ago, but Andy and Robin sing on.

    To Love Somebody

    There’s a light
    A certain kind of light
    That never shone on me
I want my life to be lived with you
    Lived with you
    There’s a way everybody say
To do each and every little thing
    But what does it bring
    If I ain’t got you, ain’t got ?
You don’t know what it’s like, baby
You don’t know what it’s like

    To love somebody
    To love somebody
    To love somebody
    The way I love you

    In my brain
    I see your face again
I know my frame of mind
You ain’t got to be so blind
And I’m blind, so very blind
    I’m a man, can’t you see
    What I am
I live and breathe for you
But what good does it do
    If I ain’t got you, ain’t got ?

    I just like the song...
