CJ, Clickbooth, Hydra, Neverblue, and so many other affiliate networks having CPA offers.

 

This company is the main one who have top names in affilite programs. They even pay for new signups from your link when you become a member and get someone to sign up. I only promote one of the programs and have been paid already.

I think the best option would be to try the CPA Networks. There are many of them online, some very good, some good and some not quite so good. But a majority has the sort of thing your looking for.
