Who is the webmaster? Anyone there?

    I can't seem to post in several areas in the forum. I've been a member for more than 14 days, have the right amount of posts, so I wrote a note to the webmaster but got no answer. A friend of mine says he wrote about 10 to reset his account but got no answer which is why he says he no longer posts here. Is this being overwhelmed? What does one do if they need to take care of an administrative matter?
