Please Can You Suggest Me Who is Best Open-source E-Commerce Platform. I think about Magento or osCommerce. Please Suggest me Best E-Commerce Open-Source and Guide me Why?

    I do wish you the best of luck, but you want to sell rocks in your cart when people can just
    go outside and find a rock...your items should be more unique, otherwise I can wait
    til i go the store to get my DEO...I would go with more unique items, harder to find items...
    otherwise, they will just wait til they make their next store run....

    but hey, i have seen stranger items that sell when you never thought they would...

    who knows...

    prestashop.com looks very promising, its free, but the addons are not, and they are many....

    Hi There,

    Magento is best solution but now a days prestashop is also getting bigger. Magento have its community version which you can use free, have lots of inbuilt functionality and now a days its no. 1 in ecommerce solution. It has a huge community on forum so you can get better answer of your queries.

    Both are good for making a website but in megento u have good knowledge of xml where as in os commerce basic need is php .

    I suggest you to have Magento platform which is best for ecommerce site. And i prefer you to convert or integrate your ecommerce site to mobile ecommerce app. As i see recent days people are interested more in mobile ecommerce app.
