Different beliefs have different ages.

Jewish: 13 - example Barmitzvah
Christian: Many, but 21 has been told to me most recently. Because of God's decree based on the Israelites not taking on the Canaanites.

I think that most Christians I know would say 13, except that our culture tries to make 13 to 19 a teenage time where you act like an idiot but expect to be treated like an adult and that it is ok.... arggggg...

We also have laws in the states that make 18 an adult age and 21 for alcohol,etc... so those laws are to be obeyed (like it is a big deal anyways.)
