it would be better to find out what you need done specificly and post the job as a contest i see alot of people doing that on DP and get alot of artists applying there is alot of talent on DP! goodluck :]

Who knows? There are 1,000s of them. And I'm sure that they each have different aptitudes. However, I should say that two of them have been very helpful to me: Stomme Poes SmallPotatoes I don't know exactly how good they are. All I know is, they're much better than me.
There really isnt one. For example, I specialize is clean web 2.0 designs while someone else might specialize in just hosting designs or proxy designs, ect.
