Who is the best voip provider for cheap or free phone calls?

Who has the best services? Who gives the best promotions?

Who would you choose as your favorite?

In my country, voip is still contained by traditional telecom company .
The voip rate is nearly the same rate as traditional call .
I would like to know if there are international voip provider available in my country .

Skype can still be considered for competition. Their unlimited country/europe/world subscription packages are worth considering depending on what you need to use the VOIP service for. Besides, skype-in numbers are free to subscribers.

I also like skype, I have the unlimited world subscription and I am pretty pleased with it. I have not searched for other VOIP providers on extend, maybe there are better deals out there but 10e/month for worldwide calls is good enough for me.
