Who is the best payment processor?

I am looking for a decent payment processor.

There rates must be reasonable and they must be able to integrate into most websites with no problems.

Is there someone where I can see a review of some of the best one?

eg: iBill, ccbill etc etc

Paypal is the best payment processor on whole internet.

 

i would go with alertpay paypal seems to always have issues
