    Dear Friends,

While searching for some PLR articles , i came across a title related to firewall and zonealarm. I liked that article very much and planned to use them.

But as a precaution, i searched the net for duplication of that article. And i found this url http://cotojo.wordpress.com/2007/05/10/zone-alarm-free-firewall/ to have the same content.

This site is copyscape protected. And the site seems to have a lots of visitors. Honestly that is not my site.

So, i was little afraid of using that same article on my site or on my blog. What should i do now? should i contact cotojo blog author to know whether he is also using PLR ?

Or using that PLR article safe or not?

    Thanks for your replies,

    Regards,

    Yajunithish

Contacting the site author sounds to be a good bet.

Email the owner of the website and ask them.

A PLR article is available to multiple people to use on their site. The article might very well appear on another site and that is par for the course with PLR. After all, you're not buying unique content.

If you buy the article, you can use it any number of ways including "as is." It's very possible the other webmaster bought the same PLR article, and opted not to change it before using it.

If that is the case, there is nothing wrong with the sale to two parties, and nothing wrong with both parties using the same article. In fact, most PLR articles are sold to dozens or even hundreds of people.

If you plan on using PLR and want unique content, you must rewrite the article significantly. Otherwise, you should skip the PLR and go straight to custom content.

Of course, if you're concerned that the PLR author stole the article from another site and is now reselling it, you can contact the site owner to ask. Or, your best option might be to work with an author you can trust...

Contact the owner of the PLR material and ask him about it.
