i used to be seriously into fitness/weights, then i got ill but im getting back to my best, being lifting alot of heavy weight again and bulking. will bulk for 2-3 months then do a cut.
I play a couple of games of indoor Soccer on a Monday night, Train for outdoor soccer on a Tuesday Wedneday and Thursday Nights, After training on Thursday I play indoor again, Rest on Friday, Play an outdoor soccer game on Saturday Afternoon and then again on sunday mornings.
I gym 5-7 days. Swim one hour a week. Ride one hour a week. Have 2 x 2 hour Soccer Training Sessions. Play 2 x 90min soccer games a week and also do kung fu.
I need to restart it. In the summer [south hemisphere] I was working out a lot. Spend most of my day active, walking, working out, bicycling. Now I'm starting to get a belly. Just need to find some time and motivation...
Count me out. I did try working out a few months back. But, it just doesn't fit in my schedule. Had to give up as soon as i started.
Monday , wed and friday = body building, Tues, thurday sat = Martial art Sunday = Cardio.. Mostly workout everday~ body building - 1 1/2 hours atleast and 3 hours max Martial art - 30min at least and 2 hours max Cardio - 2 hours max... No Junk food, take healthy food and diet... Last time 111kg... now 67-69kg...due the previous hardwork to slim down.. I am not going back same size anymore..
I try and train every day but its really hard to maintain motivation if you don't see results really fast.
Every One should try to become physicaly and mentally fit always to live away from doctor and desease .
I've been trying to make the most of our free gym and pool in our condo so.. yeah, but not that too serious. I'm very interested in my own health however, cardio perks me up.
