I think they would be governed by the nation who's waters they reside in, except in the case of international waters and Antarctica. Those places are governed by international treaties and do not belong to any government. I think this would be a short term prospect anyway. It looks like there will be no more real glaciers in just a couple of decades.
i don't know that who is owner of the oceans icebergs but i think that within few days i am going to buy them
No one does. All the big countries signed a treaty awhile back agreeing not to claim it, but to share. Also there are in international waters meaning anybody and everybody owns them.
lol the ocean owns them, that's why its there It depends really on what lives around it, or even on it.
Wait for global warming to increase and the bergs to melt. Then you could have a body of water named after yourself
