I saw that someone here questioned Osamas existence so I thought that it would be interesting to here what the fellow members of DP think that Osama is.
I saw someone with an Osama in 2008 bumper sticker in the Super Wal-Mart parking lot yesterday. Or was it, Obama? Same dif...
More reasoned discourse. Barack Obama = Osama Bin Laden. Well, you know, they all look alike, or they all are wild eyed murderers of innocents, or...god, for the life of me, I can't remember which form of racism it was, since I would have thought it was easy to distinguish a sitting United States Senator from a, well, wild-eyed murderer of innocents. You can fill the details out. Brilliant. How do you construct such marvels - natural genius, or did you have to work at this?
Where do all these angry people come from? DP seems to be a magnet for the emotionally challenged lately. Why are you always so mean to me? I've done nothing to you. Why are you always so proud to announce your hatred in a public forum? There are better places to get therapy. This is after all just an internet forum. Chill out. What made you such an angry person?
I don't hate, though that label is passed out like so much candy. I may disagree with many of this president's policies, and many here have pounced on it like shit on flies, labelling it "Bush Hating" rather than contesting on the facts. You, on the other hand, true to form, have equated a sitting United States Senator, duly elected, with a mass murderer of unsurpassed evil. Based on that, I call it as I see it. I don't doubt you will continue to wage a relentless campaign to distort the truth, or label it as angry - but you have cast a wildly irresponsible accusation against an American elected lawfully by his electorate; and though you may disagree with his policies, by your own declared standards of what it means to be American, you owe him more respect than the blind hatred of equating him with a mass murderer. Absent that respect, you are nothing more than a fair weather, facile hypocrite.
You know, it is ok to cry once and a while. That might help relieve some tension and angst. Try quilting, I hear that helps. Man we are getting awfully defensive here. I'm not sure I remember the 1st Amendment exempting Liberal Senators from political satire. Live is much too short to be this emotionally disturbed by a comment in an internet forum. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Peace.
It's a nice try, as I'm sure from your posts this is all you have (as this is all you ever end up with). I'm quite content, Mia, but thank you for your concern. Perhaps you will remember your call for tolerance the next time someone posts even a carefully thought out criticism of the people or policies you hold so tightly to your breasts. I rather think they will keep it this side of equating your heros with mass murder, as they have so far. Cheers, all the best.
Since these terms bear absolutely no relationship to anything said, brother, I'm sure they do. In particular, Inverse vertical insertion, it seems, is unique to your universe.
An "Inverse Vertical Inserstion" is what the mission to Grenada in the 80's was called by the US Military planners. A "paradigm shift" on the other hand... ?
I rather enjoyed his conversation. He posed some interesting questions. He will be missed. Hopefully it is a short ban.
