I have not long been on Digg but I am here to find out how to get my submission noticed. Have you had success getting traffic to your website from a Digg submission? How long have you been a member of Digg for? Thanks
Digg is kinda tricky. You could have an awesome article and get only a couple diggs. Most of the top stories at appear on top of Digg usually drove the traffic from their site in the first place. So place a digg button my the article on your end. A lot of the articles are either top stories, top tens, and people looking for some cool viral stuff.
Personally i tried Digg with less success, i noticed that those ppl in Digg is less responsive, it only generate little traffic to my site
Digg is kind of dying. You have to spend a lot of time befriending people, digging their stuff, promoting yours, etc. to get any traffic. And once you do, it's not usually the best traffic (depending on your site).
i can't use digg anymore...they delete the account in short time after i've posted something....anyone else experiencing this?
yeah diggs not the greatest I don't get much traffic from it but I it helps your site with some SEO if you get a bunch of diggs, I don't know how much tho.
Maybe you are posting spam post. My first account was banned because of too much submission everyday.
Do you need to have many friends on digg then your submission can be seen and dugg by others? I don understand digg, it is so tricky.
Yeah. I am on of the digg user, Really am getting more visitors from digg. But you need to be careful while selecting title for your link. let it be a keyword.
i get some traffic from dig it depends what people are searching and where are you clasified on digg. if u are on top stories upcoming or recent u might get some , i get some for my articles.
Digg is manipulated. Only its staff ( who happen to have high weigtage because thier stories are already made popular) decide what comes to top. So no matter how good you write it does not come to top. The digg staff mostly allow stories from popular sites to come to top. I hate digg.
Yes, Digg has changed. All diggers decided not to vote on new stories any longer. They only vote for their own. New stories by newcomers, no matter how good, will not be voted for any longer. You can post there if you want a back link, but you will not get any votes any longer.
Well I used digg 1 year ago. We need effort to get story in the first page. For vote, article should be interesting, the website should not MFA website otherwise other digg user will definately bury the story. At this time, I am working with the website contains only services. I don't think the story added in the pages are interesting for the others.
