I changed my blog's theme and kept ads inline to the left of posts. My earnings are now $5.41. I know it's not great, but hey better than $1

 

Hi guys just a quick one to say i will start reviewing all these sites tomrw.. I m far too tired from these 2 days of entertaining a guest from overseas. Did a lot of things, and walked a few miles... and slept not a lot due to a concurrent project.. So i will just gonna go crash 1st...

And sri, I m glad that by changing a few things, it increases your earnings!! .... It at least proves that what I said is true. Right?

As always, i never thought that tower ads and 468 will be good Adsense blocks. So why not put a 336 and using div tags to blend it into the contents?

Next, since your site is targgeting at computer users, why not put Adsense's referral program ads like firefox and toolbar ...

you can get up to $2 per download.. Could try it...

Next 10 uniques a day is really low for a site... you need to build on the site by adding more seo copywritings to it.

Get more traffic to your site and then can you properly test the CTR accurately..

Does it have to black background?
and Does it have to have the huge amount of space wasted on the right half of the page?

Can it be centralised??
Does Adsense has to be the way to monetise on this site??? What is the 1 thing you want someone to do when they land on your page..

Different strategies for different desired actions.

Wow, 50% of us are under $1. I"m sad that i'm in that 50%. Sometimes i'll get over a $1 but not usually. Still working on that first hundy. Not going to get it by June 1st I don't think.

Nice site you have..
If you read my thread, you will realised that I personally dun find forums good unless you got a very huge amount of traffic like dp.

But if you really want to use Adsense, do these.
i) You can actually throw in a couple of 728X90 image and text. And see how the image ads turn out... if the image ads are not good, stick to text only.

Put one at the top, just below "...the forum that you want to visit from the selection below."

And put one at the bottom, just below,

"Are you a luck bettor or skill player? Whichever your choice, you can find them both with 888.com’s online casino. Play poker and casino games at 888 for free or real money – on downloadable and no download software versions."

And if you can the bottom one put the ads in a table, and add 4 small images on the top of it.. nicely and do not violate TOS.

ii) use adlinks
just below "Free Sports Betting. Start Betting by clicking Register."

Not one of my favorite but I think your niche will work quite ok.

iii) take away the tower ads.. make the page too long.

iv) track your adsense clicks and visitors info.


That s about it for now..
