    Hey this is a great thread and a nice way to help the community.

    I just launched my site a few days ago so I'm not expecting miracles. I simply want to learn about AdSense (hence my blog) and hope to help those less tech savvy get up to speed.

    Anyway, my site is:

    I'm more focused on traffic first since without that the ads don't matter. But I would love to hear your opinion on my general layout, placement of ads, and anything else you may have to say.
