    That guy is a scammer, I've sent back his item:RapidShare account, but he tok that item and claim a file in pp for a $5.

    I agree. You say he scammed you but you don't have the history of the guy and the deal. Somehow I don't think this will fly... what has your lawyer said?

    Somebody scammed me for a $85 same thing, but all I did is file claimed him in PP, now I ain't getting a thing back from my $85. Started 2days ago.

    If I could catch him, or catch him with an IP, but DP won't give unless the Court would give me a permission to.
