You should consider having yourself as a client. I can find freelancers to code a site with 20 pages for $20 to 50 including finding good content. I can get design, directory submission, etc for less so I think you will have a hard time finding someone to pay you a wage that is as good as you can make working for yourself.

I actually don't aspire for much money but later I found out that I have to... My advocacy in life is helping children and I can only make that advocacy if I will use my expertise to gain funds.
