Who is hitting my blog all the time?

My new blog has been racking up a silly amount of hits from 203.97.237.234. I think I correctly traced it down to a New Zealand ISP, but I didn't get a reply when I sent an email to the abuse address in the whois record, namely

The particular hits look like this:

    Host: 203.97.237.234 /
Http Code: 403	Date: Apr 30 08:54:27	Http Version: HTTP/1.0	Size in Bytes: 774
    	Referer: -
    	Agent: Drupal (+http://drupal.org/)

    Code (markup):
There's a 403 now as I set up Apache to refuse the IP address. I was getting about 1900 hits per day from there, always just requesting the home page and one or two subpages, never the images, etc.

Can anyone help me with identifying the correct culprit or contact address?

Just because he requested your page multiple doesn't mean you'll be able to do anything about it, good luck with the abuse report...

If the agent is Drupal, it could be an aggregation or indexing service. 1900 hits per day isn't really enough to count as abuse and you may want to do some more digging before blocking it altogether or reporting it.

Second that! This happens very often with tracking services like host-tracker.

@KenYN: Do you use service from Host-Tracker?
