so, by your opinion, who is the one who responsiblee for tsunami, hunger, hurricane, tornado, earth quake etc etc ect?
    God or Satan?
Who destroyed soddom and gomorrah? God or Satan?
Who flooded the earth, and only leave a few people and animals to survive?
    Is that love?

We are living in 'critical times hard to deal with' and 'time and unforeseen occurrence' can happen to us all. The disasters we are experiencing are not 'sent' by anybody, they happen due to man's messing about with the earth.

What about the natural disaster like tsunami, earthquake that killed millions of people. Who do you think will take the blame for that? If theres a god he will not let the people suffer on that kind of situation.

Jesus is a superstar just like others like Beatles and other famous people.

    There is no Satan.

There is no God. Love is a chemical reaction.

All forms of love, be it for your girlfriend, granny or gerbil, are resultant of complex electrochemical reactions within the brain. I realise how it sounds, reducing the most powerful emotion to mere chemistry, but unfortunately it's true.

Its a one liner - For those who believe, God is everything and for those who don't God is nothing.

Its your prospective how you see things..No one should be able to change your views about God. I am a firm believer and no matter what any one says i will continue to believe. I don't think we need to debate on the existence of God. People are free to think what they want :)

You say that as if it's a good thing.

Imagine if someone took that approach to anything else. Imagine if someone said their mind is impervious to change and that their opinions can never be questioned in any other context. That person would be considered ignorant, By definition. Yet when it's in a religious context unmovable faith is supposed to be seen as a virtue, when in reality it's nothing more than a stubborn vice and an excuse to remain ignorant and continue with erroneous opinions in the face of contradictory evidence.

Faith is intellectual poison. it makes people content with not understanding and not knowing and it gives them an excuse to ignore knowledge if they happen to find themselves in the unfortunate position of accidentally learning something.

I don't 'believe' in anything. I either know or don't know. And what I know is, God was created by man to explain his own existence.

I think the reason you find a lot of people not being serious, or making fun is because these are discussions that just cannot be won. They always end up in an argument.

That said, I thought this was kinda apropo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7Y_Zm2bXmY

No matter how hard I sit and think it makes no sence to me. We already know that dinosaurs roamed the earth way before man.

Really? There's more evidence for him being a god than there is for the existence of any god of scripture.

When he won the Nobel Prize, they estimated his research alone had saved close to one billion people by creating genetically engineered crops that provided food to those starving in many countries. These were people of many colors and faith - Norman was unbiased in helping his fellow man.

Jesus didn't even come close to helping that many people during his time on Earth.
