Can you rewrite everything i can't understand what your trying to say are you talking about the cpanel direct admin and your a reseller?

Directi is bad in my opinion. Planet Reseller is a lot better.

Yeah I am a DirectI Reseller. They are ok but things can get a bit confsuing at times.

Is this to transfer a domain from one registrar to another or switch the nameservers of a domain? Because switching name servers is pretty much dependent on your ISP these days has nothing to do with the domain registrar. They're all pretty much instant with submitting record changes to the domain database.

That's my experience anyways from using tools such as dnsstuff.com and customers registering domains through us and having them show up once their ISP sees the changes.

What happens if your reseller goes under, like let's say, you're a godaddy reseller and you don't renew your reseller account. What happens to your clients?
