    Could someone explain me who is "Agent" in terms of ePN Network Agreement? No, of course I know that
    but please tell this more simple words... ;)

    Could someone explain me if "Users" (from ePN panel) and "Agents" (from Agreement) are the same things? If I would like to add new user account into my ePN panel do I need ask written approval from ePN? Thanx.
