Who here reads Entrepreneur magazine? I do. And I love their magazine. If you haven't already, you should check it out. Go to a supermarket or a news stand and read it. Rip out a subscription card and subscribe it. It's great! Let me know what you guys think.
I'll check it out next time i'm at a store. Is is full of ads? or does it actually have some good stuff in it?
I've been interested but wondered if it actually has decent content. Are there items of interest to internet entrepreneurs?
Yes- its one of my favorite magazines. If you like entrepreneur you should also check out Fast Company, Inc., and Forbes. -Chris
i like entrepreneur magazine and it has decent content forbes is good too i like the billionaire listings but forbes is more about general biz not entrepreneurship/startup as much but fast company isnt as good for some reason
I think entrepreneur has way too many advertisements about franchises, and that most of the information is generic and is not specific enough to provide a worthwhile aid to an aspiring web entrepreneur.
that's so true.. its got some good beginners tips, but other than that its 80% ads and franchise info
yeah there are a lot of ads about franchises that ive never heard of i mean.. the point of franchaise is that they have a developed brand name
I've never read the magazine, but the name always reminds me of a spoof I heard on a radio commercial...a young lady (Judy, the magazine salesperson) pushing a new magazine to a customer called: EntreManure - The Magazine for Enterprising Farmers... I just love it! But as for the original topic: CLKeenan referenced Fast Company. My wife ordered a subscription to Fast Company. In general, we like it very much. I would definitely reccommend it to others. Read a copy at your favorite newstand first and see if you like it.
I think most of its content is advertising and Franchise promotions. There is the occasional useful information.
I've just subscribed to Forbes and Fast Company. I'd been meaning to do something like that for a long time, so thanks adrian88. I snubbed Entrepreneur simply because its pricing was not as generous to Canadians.
I love that magazine. It's a great source of ideas and a great way to keep track of current business systems (offline).
