Hi all of you , I just want to know that , how many of you has experienced an electric shock and also post its duration.

I have experienced yesterday only, when I was cleaning up my refrigerator. It was approximately 10 seconds. I just stick to it like a magnet.

    Hi,

I had had a few shocks while growing up in the US. The US 110V was unpleasant but that's about it. Shortly after moving to Australia I got the Aussie standard 240V across my heart (hand to hand). It felt like a pro fighter had punched me in the chest. Not at all what I expected.

    Cheers,

    Steve

I guess most of the people used to experience a electric shock .
I used to feel it in a 0.01 second by accident. (hard to think what is going to happen if the shock last for 1 second) .

I touched the tv once after rubbing my feet on the carpet and a got jolt that made me jump, then flatulate...and that shocked my grandma and she laughed so hard she pooted...then that shocked the cat who was on her lap then took off running in a blind, gassed up rage and ran into a bug zapper.

i've been hit many times, all fast and weak but electricity nonetheless.
mostly from installing ceiling fans, get zapped by the lawn mower, car engine, stuff like that.

walked in a puddle a few times and got it through my feet, that was different.

I had a UK mains hit as a kid.. Lasted a split second as it pushed me back.. I didnt realise what'd happened, I thought I'd been punched in the back because it was accross both arms (one arm holding one live wire, another holding the equal opposite (not earth).. Which is supposed to kill you, but meh.

Didn't particularly hurt in all fairness..

I got shocked hard once and while the shock was only for a few seconds, the pain went on for like 10-15 min. Thats the thing about shocks, they hurt like crazy.
