I am starting to get tried of zen-cart customer service? I know they are free, but not all questions are answer in the online manual they have set up. but they are rude as hell heres a post i have made not yet answered and they got mad at me for asking how to disable the login and account creation, but i want my site to be a paypal store, that bull shit, that one you can read in link #2 http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=160746 http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=161043 they basically told go fish, well if they plan on making a sellable zen cart version, i can tell you they are not getting my business, they can stick it up their ass. i will definitely buy from else .
very simple, if you free they are rude, do not use their free cart. there are so many other carts, you can try others.
Actually they werent much rude!! They cant promote people Editing its core features making it a Buy Now Store rather than the default thing like, order, track, send procedure!! and that is why they are being little STRAIGHT FACE to You!! i tried that cowoa, its a piece of shit sorry for the language the register is there, and the advertising says it redirects to you paypal which is bunch of crap in the process of uploading magento, i am done with zen cart
