    I am looking for a designer that is experienced in this field.

    I need a price, time frame and examples of previous work.

    I would say you should try to find a template online, i'm sure there are many out there - It shouldnt be that hard.

    There are many markets where you can submit your label or logo request,
    and then dozens designers submit their work, you pick the one you like best and pay for that one.
    Very easy and even enjoyable process. One of these sites would be http://99designs.com/product-packaging-design
