Who here has a Captcha on their site?

So here's the question:

I was just wondering; how many people here use a captcha on their website(s). If you do, it would be great if you could please respond with the following:

- What is the site powered by (wordpress, custom script, etc...)?
- How many are on your site?
- How many sites are they on?
- Who/What powers the captcha (GD, imageMagik, reCaptcha, etc...)
- Link to your site?
- Does your captcha sometimes produce unreadable images?
- Any problems you have found with captchas?

This is for a site I help develop


- What is the site powered by (wordpress, custom script, etc...)?
custom - Ruby on Rails, Python

- How many are on your site?
login, account activation.
-- Only shows when failed password once.
-- ACTIVATION - show captcha AFTER they click the link in their email. From our stats it looks like it has increased signup rates while still getting rid of spambots. We expire unactivated accounts every 24 hours.

- How many sites are they on?
1

- Who/What powers the captcha (GD, imageMagik, reCaptcha, etc...)

No. It's not an image captcha.

- Any problems you have found with captchas?
No. there are no issues.

 

It's a PHP script that does that.
