My new record is now 1:27 :), and may improve soon. I've been brushing up on some algorithms and finger tricks all day. Not much else you can do sitting at a naval airfield waiting for the cloud to lift (which it didn't so I didn't get to go gliding :().

Since I started this post, I've reduced my fasted time to 29 seconds, which I'm proud of. But, I've lost one piece, so haven't been able to do any cubing in months. :(

I solved Rubik cube many times in past (10 years ago). I tried to do it some time before, and it took me hour. But at last I did it, and now I am able to do it without problems. But I am not doing it in short time to win some competitions.

I respect people who can solve them without learning any of the methods.
