Who hates their boss?

I work in a crappy little hotel at night which allows me to work on various online projects and I am hoping that this will soon be my dream ticket out of this hell hole. 90% of the jobs I have been in there have always been sh7tty managers. The fellow staff have usually been ok, but I guess it is ok that they can shout about due to their authority!

Then you have these jacktard mid-rank team workers - in my job it is a lead receptionist. This current one is a complete ass, as I mentioned, I can put up with taking orders from the boss, but don't you just hate these retarded fools that think they have some kind of superiority over you and that they can dish out slave driven jobs at their disposal.

I could easily kick up a fuss, but to be honest it would just cause needless hassle and the manager seems to be all nicey nice with this cow of a receptionist. I actually believe that you can take so much inspiration from wanting a better life and you look to that epic day where you can finally tell the lamos where to go.

I just hate the corporate machine and I hate taking orders from people who see this job as a career, whilst I am looking for bigger and better horizons. Sorry to rant here, but this is my only escape over these night shifts! Feel free to vent your anger in this thread if you too hate your boss or various other employees at your workplace. SCREW THE CORPORATE!

 

Sounds like you've got it pretty rough. Well, as you said, hopefully this is your ticket outta there. I myself don't have a boss, and the ones I have had for part time jobs have been pretty good.

I hate my manager he is such an arsehole. I am not in a highly paid job or anything, to tell you all the truth i am a shelf stacker at my local supermarket. My manager absolutely hates my guts for some reason. Any chance he gets he likes to get his little cheap shots in and i swear one of these day am gonna smack him in his face LOL. He talks to me like i am something stuck to bottom of his shoe! I know i am only a shelf stacker but i belive in treating everyone equally no matter what.

And I am strict follower of "give equal treatment to everyone irrespective of age, color, race, caste or gender", unless they don't deserve that equal treatment for some reasons.

 

i have no boss in our team all are boss so no question of hatred.

well just as bill gates say "In Microsoft the brightest idea do not always come from the top". I guess it is a weakness of hierarchial system where experience counts. I come across many unqualified managers in my work too. These managers have lots of experience but lacking in skill. It creates a genuine problem in society.

 

I also hate my last boss.. That's why I'm here.. To be my own boss working from home as an internet marketer..!!!
