Dude, the more you cry and whine about rep, more you'll get. This is an established fact on DP.
Drop it and move on.. If you are so offended about red rep, quit posting in P&R, everyone gets red rep from someone, and very few people sign their reps.

FYI, you cant red rep someone until you rep at least 20 other people. and you can rep maximum 10 persons in a day.

So one have to wait at least 2 days before reping someone again.
Since ly2 redded you on 17th, and if we assume he spreads rep like a maniac, even then he could have not repped you on 16th or 15th..

So you had a baseless accusation on him that he repped you on 16th..

 

My conclusion: You acted like a dumbass after getting that rep. I agree it was ridiculous that you got it in the first place, but you sending messages with bullshit to people you just assumed red repped you is more ridiculous. It was obvious he did not do it in the first place. You could've apologized and moved on. He is definitely right to red rep you. You are the one who posted the first off-topic post in this thread.



I have not served in the military, but I worked as a field translator with the USMC and the Navy for 6 months in a war zone.

 

I actually wanted to say that but I was too F'ing tired and lazy to type it out and explain it. You do have to wait a few days before giving the same person rep again.
