Who are "us?" Some peoples "us" are different than others. Kind of like Jim's comment. I saw the fuss about it, but haven't watched it yet. I do love to watch dems tear each other up though. I'm loading up on popcorn! If democrats were as tough on terrorists as they were republicans and themselves (during campaign season, at least), no one would question their lack of effort or concern on national security. I guess the buck stops with *real* enemies.

No. This applies to pretty much all the races, not just the primaries. With "us" meaning the people who are repeately playing games and aguing about democrats and republicans, while they both hang out in Georgetown bars laughing. You are aware that Carville and Matalin are just an overt case--and what you see on TV is largely theater? The only republican I can think of who isn't, in practice, a carbon copy of his democratic "opponant" is Ron Paul. There are very few prominent politicians who are anything but actors.

I make very few posts that are political per se. If the sheeple want information, they can get it without me, especially if they can find this place. Sheeple are sheeple by and large because they want to be. I am for people who work hard making a decent living, and not letting lying parasites with alterior motives steal from them.
I watched the video and left a comment on the blog. Very nice bit about the Ipod, yes. The symbolism of Apple having won the position of the monopoly others are trying to break in the MP3 market, and the fact that with DMR they are now part of the 'media control' when they did eventually manage to defeat IBM in one area of the electronics market is just delicious irony.
The Hillary 1984 video is getting way overhyped. There are important issues out there more important than clever little internet ad campaigns with no real message, especially one that isn’t even original.
