    I have one!
It's called "Link Popularity Check 3.03" (freeware) and it displays your MSN, Google, Yahoo, etc. backlinks :)

that tool reports 235 links for one of my sites. I know that i have at least 2300 msn links. So, no, it does not seem to work properly.

DRT does a nice job finding it. What do you need checked. I dont mind scanning it for you.

DRT does not work either. Have you tried to get an MSN link count on that?

link: query always gives an empty page to me... It looks like they disabled it due to some reason.

Pity. It was a useful tool to have.

It's been well over a month now, and nothing else mentioned either.

It has been disable for a months now. I have been searching for a seo tool that will check the MSN link but none of them works because MSN disable the link command. MSN is improving the functionality of link command.
I dont know when it will be back

MSN is working on a fix for a spam/scam problem and an automated bot problem. That is why they disabled the feature.
