I have an ecommerce client who runs plusbox ads in their ads half the time. We're set up with Google Analytics and adwords - we run the ecommerce tool in analytics and it works well, but my question is this: if a user sees my ad on the SERP, expands the plusbox, and clicks through and converts (purchase), I am charged the CPC fee, but does Google Base or Google CPC (adwords) get the credit for the sale in analytics? Right now, I am trying to find the reason why Google conversion tracker in adwords is reporting 50% more sales than our ecommerce tool in the Google Analytics account. Any insight into this as well?
