    I have seen clients using it to promote their sites but didnt see any rankings or traffic increases from it.

    I don't feel that Google+ has helped my site because the public are not using Google+ regularly.

    I think its spamming somewhere if we use G+ because we are owner of our product and by pressing G+ self then what can we call this. But not bad if we promote our product on G+.

    I got about 1500 g+'s on one of my website, all of them are from real people that actually came to my website and liked the content.
    But unfortunately it has not had any effect what so ever on my traffic.

    I am sure Google + will have a lot more weight in the future. Don't dismiss it and sign your posts with your name that links to your Google+ profile or page.

    Google Plus is owned by Google and closed competitor of Facebook so I am sure it provides search results and traffic benefit for your website but don’t trace such kind of process.
