I'm currently at university and this is what I do instead of working a part-time job. But that said once I graduate I will be doing this as my full-time job.
I am a student and have no job at the moment since my parents won't let me get one right now. I also have no steady allowance in my family so this is basically my main money source.
it seems like the majority of you aren't getting the majority of your income from adsense but from other programs. Am I right?
Well i'm in the 3 year at the Informatic University. My main job witch makes me enouf in my country like 3-4 medium salarys per month but from freelancing work (Seo,webmastering, webdesigning, installing scripts things like that) Adsense is just a hobby not eve made my first 100$ but i'm working on it using my seo skills more for me then for my clients I have 22 years and never had a job hopfully i will keap it that way )
Making a steady $xxx a day with Yahoo Publisher Network and some Adsense. I preferr this over a 'regular' job. Plan to branch out into to other forms of revenue besides PPC as well as lauch a blog.
i'm doing this along with my current job. if my income from adsense far exceeds my present income, then i will make it fulltime
I work as a full time SEO/Internet Marketer, I've been in SEO around 5 years and sales/marketing for 4 more.
Not a full time job yet, but Im working on it.... I have only launched my first site in the last couple of weeks, so I have a long way to go. But, I keep reading the forums, trying to work smart and hard, and I think sometime before next summer I should be able to quit the 9-5. Can't wait! DD
this tends to be my second full time job for now. I spend 8 hours at work and another 8 working on my sites
Same here. But somehow it's very detrimental to the health and family. I need to better manage the time...
I started with adsense on May 2005. I have a full time job and work on my sites at night. This month I will earn more from adsense than with my full time systems administrator job. And this even € and $ are not the same value and on Europe (portugal where most of my website traffic is) the adsense clicks are much lower than in the US.
i'm curently in an university ..i ran into adsense 2 or 3 months ago and since i had no sites until them i decided to put one up related to one of my hobbies...to get back to the subject ..this is what i do instead of taking a part time job
My main web site has been online for 10 years now. I now have seven web sites, most have been online 5 years or more. I quit my full time job 1 1/2 years ago to stay at home with my kids. I currently earn more than twice what I did at a good government job (I worked as a technical editor). Adsense is currently about 60% of my income. The rest is people advertising directly with me and affiliate programs. The key to my success has been my high page rank (people contact me almost daily to advertise on my site), and a popular newsletter. I normally spend 15-20 hours a week on my sites, but some weeks barely check my email
