Well, it seems so epidemic on major freelance sites, someone posts the 'Telebid clone project' each weeks 2-5 times. For some reason, I'm sure that it's a seo trick from the sites administration 'cause there are almost no small-bid projects on the net that are active and advertised widely (notable exception - Finnish fiksuhuuto.fi). Or, there are ones? What's happens with this auction industry?
