Who do I talk to?

I have an idea that I think would create a significant new revenue stream for Google. I have a couple of questions.

First, how do I get it in the hands of a decision maker?

And second, if I do get it to someone, how do I make sure that it doesn't get stolen?

Well, you could look into getting them to sign what is called a Non Disclosure Agreement.

Basically they sign a document stating that they won't talk about it. Some people talk to VC's about their startup ideas and ask that the VC's first sign one of these.

Read up more on them here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-disclosure_agreement/
