Who could do a cheap header/logo for imgslut.com?

    I need a new header done for www.imgslut.com

    The site is obviously an imagehosting site, but I don't want it specifically for adult images or anything, the name is more for comedic purposes.
    I'd want a black background, with IMG SLUT written in red in a nice font, and some sort of distinctive logo/character there. I'd love an image logo/picture frame wearing fishnet tights and high hells or something to that effect!
    Let me know your ideas, previous work, and price.
