You are the only one who can get your Paypal account verified. You are not permitted to get someone else verify your account as it would be a violation of the Paypal Terms and Conditions, besides it would not work unless the other party has exactly the same name as yours and live in the same country. Go get yourself a credit card and a bank account from your country and use it to validate your account. If you are not from an approved country and provided fake information to get your account or underage, you can forget about your account.

Asia is quite huge. Which country are you from ? If your country is listed in https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside , you can sign up with them. You need both a credit card and a bank account to verify a paypal account.

Well, I know that those who break the TOS probably wouldn't care. I know I may have made some enemies here because of my stand to follow TOS and AUP. I believe that most of the horror stories here about Paypal drives from the fact that most with their accounts terminated or limited is because of some violation one form or the other or by people who do not agree with the terms and choose to ignore parts that do not work for their interests.
