France or Germany? And you are deliberately avoiding the Netherlands? The Netherlands has international data routing that is at least 10x better. Literally. I don´t want to change your mind, but I am suspecting you are searching for a European host and have found Germany or France to be the larger countries. The routing mainly in France is NOT good. You will really regret that.
What is so bad about France? Try OVH.co.uk - they're very good value. A bit expensive but you definately get what you paid for.
Yes, OVH changed alot since the past. They were heavy oversellers in the past as well. Examples like dedibox.fr are even worse. OVH however has shown that they have improved alot, and are really starting to get a serious provider yes.
Guys, I am in the UK and know UK market very well. There are many companies which provide with much better services than OVH and cheaper. I targed customers from Germany, France, Spain, Swiss so I need host which is based there physically
