Who can make my pics come to life.

    I am having a new design done for a PR4 website. I need someone who can make my jpeg pics look pro. I am familiar with photoshop, but need someone who can take it 1 step further. Please note that allthough no pornographic this is an adult site. I would suggest that 85% of pics do not show any nudity and 15% may have some nudity, but no hard core. This is not a pay site, just a normal business site that as I say is adult orientated. Price would be negotiable and payable with pay pal.

    The pic on the left is what someone did for me and the quality improved about 500% from the original. It isn't necessarily these pics that I need doing, but the same type of pics.
