Who Can Make a Paypal account for me ? (I'm From a Non supported paypal country)

Hello ,

I'm from a country that paypal don't accept creations of account or even payments from it
and I need a paypal account that is verified , I just wanna buy stuff with it using my credit card , I'm not very interested in receiving money into it but that would be a good thing if possible .

Who can do it please PM or reply with what he can offer me and what is the price for doing it if there is any .

No, it is not possible for you or anyone to set up a Paypal account on your behalf.

Talk to the businesses which you want to buy from as most businesses have alternative payment methods which you can use.

 

You can do it. But be careful of scams. Maybe if you give the guy your Credit Card informations, he/she would buy any things in the internet without any updates on you. I have read an article at Reader's Digest about this and he was regretting about doing it. Anyway, its your choice. Good luck though!

It's very hard to find someone that will be honest to you especially if you are going to give them your credit card details.

 

u can get a virtual leased line (VPN) a dedicated US IP n make n operate a PP ac thru it.

some of my friends that r from non PP supported countries do this n have been operating their PP w/o any issues.

personally, i don't think u should mess with PP, so if ur country is not listed, they don't want u to have n ac at the moment

Its not allowed. Even someone make a account for you, your account will be locked when you will use it from a non supported paypal country.

Paypal can easily detect these things via IP.

 

I don't think you can get a pp account like that, anyway mention your country name, if you are from Pakistan, then i can help you in geting through alternate for paypal, like money bookers.Thanks

 

use moneybookers.com its supports many countries were paypal is not available

and i think since you have a credit card and you r not dealing with receiving money and all that stuff
then why dealing with payment processors use you credit card for direct buying

 

Use MoneyBookers as arjun suggested, or use AlertPay. Both are good, and pretty much welcome all countries worldwide.

I agree. You better register at moneybookers than to risk your CC.

 

Even if you are able to figure out how to open an account sooner or later paypal will find out and limit you and keep all your money.
