We redesigned our website (http://www.mezzi.com/) last year and we're doing a lot of work to improve everything. One area where we can definitely improve on is the header. It looks decent, but something is not quite right. Maybe it's simply the spacing and layout. We'd like to hire someone to design a new header with minor changes.
