I am sorry, I am not getting this, my thread keeps being deleted, I don't know if this is some kind of sick joke or what, there are plenty or other SEO forums out there PLENTY! I have always been loyal to this one and only this one NONE OTHER, if I am not going to get an explanation on what I can do to not get a thead deleted then I will be leaving for another SEO forum. Here are my options of SEO forums to go to (up tell now I have been loyal to Digital Point): http://forums.seochat.com/ (Maybe 20-30 times bigger then Dig point) http://www.seo-guy.com/forum/ (10 times bigger then DP) http://www.webmasterforumsonline.com/ (This one is small, but new and active) http://www.seo-forums.com/ (Looks promising) http://www.ceowebsites.com/forum/ (2x bigger then DP) about 300 seo sites, we arn't at a shortage of them, so if you treat us like this then we will all end up leaving. Please just explain why you delete my threads, thanks.
Just a tip: threatening to go to another forum will probably only encourage people to encourage you to go there Bigger isn't always better. I've been a regular at seochat forever and in just the last couple of days seen more high quality articles here than I have over there in months.
I don't want to leave, I love DP, but only because I have settled in, DP is no better then anyone else except that I have settled into DP. I can easily go somewhere else, but I would rather not. But hey, if all my thread are just going to get deleted (they were 100% related to SEO and 100% respectful, I have no idea why they were deleted) then I have no reason to stay, there is no use to me staying if I can't even have a thread up for more then 10 seconds. Anyways, I will post my thread again, hopefully it won't be deleted. DigitalPoint is wonderful, but if this continues, I will have no choice but to leave. Thanks.
Oh, I see, they just moved it, no one even told me about this. Thing is, it wasn't even a question of "link building" (as they re-categorized it) it was a question of if search engines would penilize me, keyword "search engine" I had no question of whether or not it was a good link building techinique to build links (kind of a dumb question) I was asking if *SEARCH ENGINES* *BING BING BING* would penilize, very ignorent indexing by the moderators if I do say so myself, anyways ok thanks.
If you aren't going to put threads in the correct section, I would actually rather you went to another forum because it makes more work for everyone else. This is another misplaced thread that has nothing to do with Search Engine Optimization (and again had to be moved).
Here's a tip: Every thread you start you are subscribed to. So go into your User CP (Control Panel) and navigate to the threads you have started/participated in. It makes it easy when you want to follow a conversation but forget where each thread is.
If the mods had to notify someone everytime they posted in the wrong section, this alone would be a full time job (just let me know if you need my address to send my paycheck to... ) Thing is, (*BING BING BING*), your question was about link building. Last I checked, backlinks have to do with link building. Then again I have been in the Virgin Islands drinking pina coladas for the past week...perhaps I am wrong. (Highly doubtful though). Goodbye, perhaps you will be missed.
Digital Point forums are not for fun TOOT, this is only serious business, if you don't like it, please leave
I will post the best SEO ever, right here, right now, don't submit to every directory (link farm) out there. They will do more damage than good
Was there a point to reviving this thread, Toots? The guy was banned. Doesn't seem very likely to me he's going to get the opportunity to read your witty rejoinder...
I'm afraid so, OWG... I think Toots is on a bender... two days so far and who knows when it's going to end
