who can help me resolve my paypal account limit?

hi ,my paypal account have been limited, paypal require i add credit card do the confirm location, then i add a credit card,paypal decline it, because the card not support avs(address verify system),then i go to buy a gift card(it support avs) ,i succeed add the card ,but paypal still display require confirm location ,i click the resolve button ,add the gift card again ,paypal say this card already used by paypal ,can't add again . so i don't know how to do it ,i mail the paypal ,wait 3 days ,they not response ,how to do it now? who can help me ! thanks very much.

Well, if you have submitted everything, you need to call them once.
As they take much time for resolving a case via mails.
So, just call them and tell them about it.
They will resolve it.

Wait, according to your credit card address location you live in US and don't know English. Pretty Strange

 

According to his screenshot he claims to live in Los Angeles, which has a significant spanish-speaking community. It's plausible that he lives in the US and doesn't speak english fluently.

To get back on topic, you need to verify the address on the credit cards. To do this, you must upload a utility bill (power/gas/cable/etc) with your name and that address on it. If that address isn't correct, try explaining to PayPal what has happened. I changed the address on my credit cards (associated with my PayPal account) when I moved to another city and had no problems with them. I did however change my address before they asked me to verify my account, so it may not be as easy now.
