I want to register a company
I need some detail information
especially the company's introduction

 

I am not sure what state you are in but if you search in google for "(your state name) business registration" you should be able to find .gov resources that explain how to register.

Do not be fooled by companies willing to do it for you.. it is so cheap and easy to do it yourself there is no reason to fork out the cash.
