Hi guys please i need some help , i reside outside the usa but i do internet marketing so i have a paypal account however it is not verified plus i can't access the money inside my account as i stay in a country where paypal doesn't operate . I looked online and found out rushcard works worldwide with acceptable atm plus it can be used to verify paypal and access paypal funds . Please i would like to know if anyone can get me a rushcard and send via mail , i am willing to pay through lr or other means
