He said that he didn't get money and then he wrote: "Chargeback, I must go cya 2moz" I don't know how to do chargeback, and don't understand why he can't do refund. Can someone explain me that? I will explain something to you. You can signin to PayPal and go to the Resolution Center and select report a problem. You can also call your CC company and give them the details and they can take care of it in no time. Money exchanges are not allowed by PayPal so don't be surprised if they're not so kind after telling them.
