There are several firms Which only deals in Link building or mainly in Link building.... So which one is having more Scope or money........
I think SEO can get money more then a link builder because Link Building is a part of SEO, like logo design is a part of web site design.
Link-building (this is, optimizing the "off-page" factors of a site) is just a part of SEO, and in occasions not the most important one. If a site has on-page factors weighting down (indexation problems, content duplication, etc.) link building might be of no much help. Of course a broader optimization (both on-page and off-page) is the smartest move. Regarding who makes more money... impossible to tell, depends on the company. But of course only link-building is the easiest for the company (but not the best for the client).
Link building is a part of SEO,so SEO has more opportunity than that of Link building.So SEO expert can earn more money than that of link builders.
Most of it depends on how they are being paid, but the SEO certainly seems to have a broader set of responsibilities because it can include regular media coverage as well as content creation. If I were working privately, I'd advertise myself as a SEO.
Well the answer of this question lies within the value of services offered. If a link builder is offering the best quality natural links then he can get more money than an ordinary SEO and vice versa.
I think it doesn't really matter who earns well,because they might be using different strategy,i've known some friends who earn much being a link builder and i knew some friends also who earns the same...
i will go with chauhanmanish he is right, many company pay to per link in link building, so cant tell any body seo earning is more then link builder
Is there much money to be made is seo these days? Having done some offpage seo for a personal site - partly to see what was involved - I can look back over hours and hours and hours of article writing work and sb work and still more needs to be done to get the site higher.
SEO is a technique of having marketing done of the product or services on internet through out the world and SEO is considered the King of the marketing technique whereas link building is a part of SEO element hence i think SEO will help yo have more money
