Who can do card not present with recurring payments?

I need to be able to take credit cards in the field with and manually type in later, must be able to do recurring payments...

what companies can help me?

 

I don't think you are allowed to store that kind of info and "type in later".You should check Visa

 

You can definitely do it, there are plenty of contractors and outside sales reps that still do it the old fashioned way... just looking for a few good contacts to try first.
