Just wondering if you know of someone who can help me design a header with my theme with buttons similar to this website http://www.cyberhubonline.com/home.htm Is this something I could learn to do? I have web tools like Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash but don't know how to use them. I just need a templated design that I can use for all my pages and I will fill in the text content.
